High degree of flexibility, full autonomy over hours. Lots of opportunity to move around.
Compensation is very opaque, largely determined by HR and not your management chain. No feedback is given on why HR does what they do.
There is a legacy mindset; you will spend most of your time solving problems that should not exist.
