Very good process
Work on all different space: cloud solutions (Azure), business solutions (Dynamics CRM), productivity tools (Visual Studio), and data management tools (SharePoint).
The team size would be small and module-wise, which may not be easy to access. It's really hard to describe any downside for Microsoft.
