I liked the inclusive and supportive environment. There is a lot of synergy within a team where everyone wants everyone else to succeed.
It's a big organization and not very agile. There is a lot of duplication of effort. There is a lot of "not my job" and "that's not your job" when it comes to cross-team collaboration.
