Great people in terms of friendliness and likability.

Cons

Interview questions have nothing to do with assessing skills or talent. They would do well to provide an assignment for technical assessment, use questionnaires, and dive deep into what the candidate has achieved and, most importantly, assess the candidate's proclivity to excel.

Advice to Management

Hire candidates based on proclivity to excel versus current interview methodology.
