Actually respects work-life balance.
Some groups do interesting work and have a great sense of camaraderie.
Older orgs seem hyper-political. Impact is ignored and promos are given out based on politics. They make interesting bets but kill them off before they can bear fruit. Too many re-orgs.
Focus on fixing the annual awards and pro iron assessments. It is very demoralizing to see poor performers advance and good ones leave the company.
