Bad work culture, Ancient technology, high bureaucracy, virtual signaling managers
Decent pay, well-known name.
- Developers are forced to use ancient, proprietary tech and tools.
- Too much bureaucracy.
- Calls are too frequent and lead to sleepless nights.
- No focus on employee growth.
- Managers behave like cult members. They appear very cooperative and employee-focused and try to hide the real frustration in the team from senior management.
- Very bad work culture.
Act honest. Accept the pathetic work culture and try to genuinely improve it (not just virtue signaling).
