Rain. Constant reorganization. Great ideas around the company, siloed and out of sight. Sometimes success requires an aggressive, combative approach. Not good if you are quiet or introverted.
Keep leading. Increase your focus on creating great software people love to use. Stop releasing software before it's really ready. Realize that some things, like innovation, don't come out of testing and focus groups.
