It used to be a fun, stable, positive place to work before the Gen AI craze (pre-2023). Since then, there have been constant reorgs, layoffs, instability, low morale, and a lack of coherent vision other than "Win AI".
Maintain commitment to fundamentals (Windows, Azure, Office/365) basic products. Don't put all eggs in the "AI" basket. Stop the desperate chase for an unlikely win in that bubble.
