You can work with smart people. There are also plenty of interesting projects going on for nearly all fields regarding computer science. Thus, it is a lot of fun working here. Also, the managers are friendly and reasonable.
Sometimes there will also be people that are slow to respond and hold onto their own ego. When that time comes, it will feel frustrating to communicate and move the project forward. That is to say, it's a common problem for nearly every big organization.
