The company has continued to improve, making it a better place to raise a family, with longer paid parental leave than when I started over a decade ago. The charitable giving culture is very strong and well backed up.
Not immune to layoffs.
Not top of the pay-scale.
Cutting cost of living increases twice in the last two decades, along with layoffs, especially during massive inflation, is more demoralizing than anything I've had happen here. Get your act together.
