Good compensation (although not the best).
If you end up in the right team/product, then it can be really fun and engaging.
Management is pure crap, probably the worst you can find.
Managers (from direct to VP level) are just a bunch of email addicts doing nothing except re-organizing every 6 months to justify their job.
There is also a lot of incompetent engineers, really unbelievable.
Fire yourself and bad engineers.
