Generally will only work on shiny, non-efficacious things that folks 5-6 levels above your head think are pretty, which will in all likelihood be scrapped.
Not as easy to move teams as you'd expect from folks telling you in your interview loops.
Not much to say here. It's difficult to keep a mega-company consistent throughout. Great place to work!
