Don't stay too long. It's not worth it. There are a lot of things happening in the world that may not be seen from within the Microsoft bubble.
Appreciate your employees more for the sake of the company. Employee appreciation has faded considerably. Good pay and benefits are not enough anymore. I would suggest higher quality managers for a start.
