Pros

Learning culture Perks (free Game Pass for full-time employees, garage) Collaboration Work-life balance is manageable, but there are exceptions.

Cons

Engineering culture bar is lower comparing to other companies (former Amazonian).

Missing or outdated documentation for internal tools, overall quality of internal tools is low.

Lacking support for cross-company initiatives (especially recent security initiatives, and it can be very frustrating to get help).

No benefits parity between US and Canada.

A lot of red tape (you will have to chase down individuals in order to get reviews/approvals).

A lot of managers only care about shipping features, regardless of the quality.
