The interview has been fair so far. There have only been three onsite interviews. The position is hiring for building AI apps in products. The interviews have been representative of the position and the candidate's management experience.

The entire process was a learning experience and challenging. I went through four interviews, and I think I lost at the tail end because I was overconfident and did not pay attention to the questions, which had straightforward answers.

Overall, it was a good experience. I went through a total of 4 rounds but didn't hear anything after the last round. The last round was mostly design and coding. I was asked to design a multiplayer online game and then implement one class.
