Empowering engineers means moving decision-making as close to the work as possible. You need to get comfortable with different teams doing things different ways and being successful.
Define success and don't worry so much about the how, unless there are security or compliance concerns. One-size-fits-all is not actually a good thing.

Senior Software Engineering Manager
The interview has been fair so far. There have only been three onsite interviews. The position is hiring for building AI apps in products. The interviews have been representative of the position and the candidate's management experience.
