The recruiter was really rude during the screening stage and cut me off as I was going through my experience. Moved on to the second round for a panel interview with the hiring manager and a lead.

Unknown, they didn't follow up. The recruiter reached out and then started blocking me on email and also others. Employees have a lot of privileges if you get support from your higher-ups.

The technical interviews were quite demanding, though the interviewers attempted to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. The HR part was the most straightforward. They essentially offered the salary and benefits.
