Management structure is flat, with not so many meetings.
Very low level of technical expertise as a rule.
Forget about your career.
Nothing to learn except bad practices.
PM and test do not exist.
Cross-group collaboration is gone.
Prepare to do a lot of redundant and not appreciated work.
On-calls and open space.
Return to test and PM institutions.
Get back to normal offices. Open space doesn't work at Microsoft, too many distractions.
