Pros

Good benefit, good compensation. It started to change for the better.

The silos are being brought down, and the company has started to embrace openness.

It has also started to fasten the pace, and weaknesses and mistakes are openly admitted.

Cons

Outdated engineering practices, accumulated technical debt, and compatibility baggage.

Advice to Management

Get rid of 90% of PMs and 80% of tests.
