Very good technology (latest technologies). Good salaries, good stocks. Looks real good on your resume. Competitive environment.
No innovation.
No work-life balance.
Managers are very technical, understand very little of human beings.
Career growth is very slow.
Weird culture, less humane.
When you hire someone, instead of trying to mold them into your habits, learn from them.
