Great work-life balance and pay is average.
Not great work in most of the India team. Very leadership focused. Very difficult to get the approval for something new.
Make the team a bit more independent from leadership.

There are 3 rounds in the interview process. Each round involves technical questions, and each round is necessary to crack for further progression. In the last round, there is an HR interview which checks your behavioral aspects.
