I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. Most of the questions are about my current project.

They decided not to invite me to an interview without any particular reason. They kept me waiting for a couple of weeks before replying. They seem to not care about developers with 5 years of development experience in a corporate/enterprise environ

Good people who asked the right questions and let you speak your mind. They were respectful and knowledgeable. Even though I did not get the job, I recommend it since it was a nice experience for the future.
