- Good long-term learning and financial growth
- Too much hierarchy in everything.
- You don't have visibility or suggestions on product decisions.
- Learning is very slow.
- Pay scale is lesser compared to the market.
- Salary hikes and promotions are what keep employees continuing their journey at any organization.
- IDC employees are treated differently with much lesser benefits, which is not right in my opinion.
