The company itself is good. I have had a good experience in terms of the facilities provided, the fast response to any tickets raised, and the talented pool of people I meet.
The company, I feel, could have some better training for the managers, especially for mine, who doesn't have good management skills.

Microsoft Interview process Off Campus through college. Round 1: Online coding questions (Eliminatory round). Technical round - 2. Round 1: Online Coding solving. Round 2: HR + Coding.
