I submitted my resume at the career fair and was contacted two weeks later. I then scheduled an on-campus interview, but was rejected a day or two after.

The Microsoft Prague process takes place on-premise. They arrange for the flight, and it is composed of four consecutive one-hour interviews, each with a different interviewer, including a team member and the team leader.

I applied online. The process took two weeks. The interviewers were all nice and made me comfortable throughout the process. However, it was not revealed to me what the interviews would be about, such as System Design, coding, behavioral, or LLD. Al
