Less people to work, many people just sit back and watch
Pay is average in Seattle. I got $1500 to spend on fitness every year.
There are free beverages in the office and free shuttles within the city.
Lots of bureaucracy. Internal tools are old and hard to use. Too many meetings, and operation issues are always being forwarded until someone actually works on it. It's hard to be promoted to the next level.
The decision-making process was slow. People who are at a senior level tended to pass issues to others. Please take responsibilities and accountabilities.

Had 3 interviews focused on LeetCode-style problems. The questions were quite easy; one was about dynamic programming, and some other questions were about linked lists. They were Easy/Medium difficulty. Each interview was around 45 minutes long.
