I posted my resume on a career site, and a recruiter contacted me by email. I had one small discussion with the recruiter over the phone, and then the first phone interview was scheduled. The interview went well, but I wasn't selected.

Invert a binary tree. This was the easiest interview ever. Thank you, Microsoft, for offering me a $120k salary for inverting a binary tree. I found the solution on YouTube. It was very simple and straightforward.

It was an on-campus interview. The interviewer asked me about my projects and then inquired how I would scale them. I was looking for a frontend position, so the question wasn't well-suited for me.
