I met with the Microsoft representatives at the school's career fair and secured an on-campus interview a month later. It was quite simple. The technical question was to remove duplicates from a sorted linked list, along with some behavioral question

General Aptitude test, which also involved one simple coding question. I had a personal interview after clearing this test. I was asked three questions in the interview: one related to Databases, one to OS, and a puzzle.

Quite challenging; you need to be prepared well. They will introduce their company and also ask about their company. Then, start to introduce yourself. Expect some soft skill and technical questions.
