They decided not to invite me to an interview without any particular reason. They kept me waiting for a couple of weeks before replying. They seem to not care about developers with 5 years of development experience in a corporate/enterprise environ

It was so good, and I think you guys should also try it here. It's a good company for freshers, and all of them are so humble while joining here. We will also talk about the salary criteria.

The interview was conducted via a Skype call. An email was sent to schedule the call with the recruiter, and the entire conversation took place by voice. I did not particularly like not being able to see the face of the person I was speaking with.
