30-minute interview on campus. Reviewed some past projects and roles played in team development. Discussed specific algorithms and approaches to data sets. 20 minutes were allocated for a simple coding problem.

Two questions: 1. Two rows need to find the road with the minimum value. 2. How many switches can be made in a row of three colored balls to make a series of the same color?

Everything went pretty well during the interview process. It turned out we were both using the same phone (Windows phones!), and we even talked a bit about his wife refusing to switch. However, I got hung up on the programming question.
