Pros

Almost everyone that I have met in the company is smart and reasonable. Some of the managers go to great effort to ensure equality during performance measurement, which I really admire.

Cons

I dislike the internal hiring process, which is just as laborious as hiring external candidates.

Advice to Management

Create opportunity for people to move within the company.

Although some recent changes were made, it is not enough, and no team is willing to budge from their goal of hiring the perfect candidate.

People need space to grow and try different things, which is lacking at the company.
