Everyone I've conversed with has been super friendly.
There's a lot of cool stuff going on, so it's easy to have a growth mindset here.
In these crazy times, my manager's displayed great empathy with the team. Also fairly easy to have good work-life balance.
Lack of documentation, lack of structured new hire onboarding engineering training, and working with some old tools.
Continue being empathetic.
