Large company, good processes, good benefits for families. Still makes a lot of money. Provides a stable job with not much to worry about.
Microsoft is no longer an innovator in the tech space and seems to be playing catch-up in a lot of the sub-spaces, e.g., mobile.
We need to modify the stack rank. Many people are in situations they can't control, and as a result, they don't rank so high. Less middle management.

Microsoft Interview process Off Campus through college. Round 1: Online coding questions (Eliminatory round). Technical round - 2. Round 1: Online Coding solving. Round 2: HR + Coding.

Three rounds: 1st round: coding 2nd round: coding 3rd round: HLD, LLD The position was open for some cloud tool. Moderate questions were asked in round 1. One question was to remove repeated digits from a stream of digits.
