I appreciate the idea of taking designers seriously. That makes me believe that products in the future will be beautiful. And I myself, as a developer, enjoy programming new products here. The idea of "mobile first, cloud first" will make a better future for this company. Good work-life balance.
Sometimes PMs and designers discuss too loudly. And toys are too near the working area. So it is hard to focus in the office.
The recruiting team should consider the interns' strengths and areas of interest more when allocating departments.
