Great benefits, but lots of politics!
Good benefits, really flexible. I'm doing a master's at the same time, and Microsoft is reimbursing me for it.
Too many internal politics stifle good ideas; as a result, ambition isn't really rewarded – just get your work done.
Don't allow the revenue-producing divisions dictate what the non-revenue producing divisions do.
Better organization between groups doing similar things would help too.
