Amazing infrastructure and nice recreation facilities as well (pool, TT, tennis, etc.)
- Some teams don't have good work.
- Large crowd, tough competition to grow.
- Base salary is less compared to other companies. They do eye wash by quoting a very high CTC.
Take care of employees more, like it was a few years back. Microsoft is losing its charm.
