Pros

Culture has evolved much better lately.

Smart folks are around.

Learn a lot.

No stack-based ranking and a collaborative environment. This forces people to minimize politics instead of helping each other.

Switching teams has become easier and encouraged if you find yourself in a team that is not fit for you. Even managers help you switch teams.

You have to search for opportunities and grab them. You cannot expect them to reach your way.

CEO & Senior leadership have direct interaction with employees.

Cons

Pay is not competitive enough.

Large company. There are always teams that are not suitable. I myself had to switch teams to find myself in the right place.

Not all teams provide fast-paced growth. You have to choose the right one carefully.

Advice to Management

Improved the culture for the better. Still a long way to go.

Not all managers are good at managing employees. Managers might need to be educated on the same.
