Great company (but I'm in a bad division)
- Great work-life balance, except for a few teams/divisions.
- Pay is relatively good.
- The campus is pretty awesome compared to other companies.
- There are playgrounds for outdoor games.
- Slow growth rate.
- Manager's monopoly in some teams.
- There are some teams that ask you to work like a startup (and they don't work like startups).
- Learning opportunities are very low if you are not in a good team.
Since Microsoft is not a startup, don't expect everyone to work on weekends.
