Great place to work, except MSIT, Hyderabad. Horrible managers, favoritism, and no appreciation for employee efforts or time
Microsoft is amazing when it comes to career growth and work-life balance.
They offer a variety of domains to work on. It's just great.
MSIT division in Hyderabad is terrible for geek people. Managers show favoritism and hold personal grudges. Less value is given to employees of MSIT by employees from any other division. Some managers are 'tharkis' and hire many pretty girls with zero tech knowledge. Good-looking females and beer buddies usually get better performance reviews than geeks (How sad!). No variety in technology except .NET. A few years in MSIT and you would be considered useless in any other tech company.
