The work atmosphere was extremely good, with completely flexible timings. Communication to mentors and managers was completely open. Adequate machines and tools were given to work, and I was trusted with my work.
There could be more intern-employee conversion transparency, and some training on corporate life and programming. It took me quite a while to learn what I had to do, so previous indication of which team and project I would be working on would have gone a long way in having an idea before joining the team.
Engage with interns and choose interns better. I wonder why so many interns weren't given a job offer.
