Most of the IDC team is involved in second-grade work. Different divisions within the organization are not collaborating at all. Although employees were recognized for good work, merely doing good work is neither a necessary nor a sufficient condition for getting a good review.
Employees should be provided immediate review for their work in their 1:1 meetings.
Senior management should ensure that cross-group collaboration becomes smooth, as collaboration between different divisions at Microsoft is currently very bad.
