Great place to work
Most managers are really good. The work in IT is decent. The product groups do really good work. Facilities for fitness and recreation are amazing.
The rate at which employees grow seems to be really slow.
Compensation isn't very competitive.
Employees get mediocre hardware, at least in IT.
I think the rewards and recognition program needs to be more aggressive. More cutting-edge and consumer-focused work needs to happen.
