Pros

Very good facilities. Hardware is usually not a problem at all. Pay package is comparable with other industry players. Insurance cover is one among the best.

Cons

With the tedious interview process, I thought I would work on some groundbreaking technologies, and I was not satisfied with the work there. Polling, unreasonableness, and unfair middle management are concerns. Reviews and ratings are decided even before discussing with the employee, leaving the employee entirely at the mercy of managers. This leads to a lot of attrition, and refilling positions is very slow, creating more trouble again for employees. First-level managers are chosen without any criteria, leading to a chaotic environment.

Advice to Management

Have a fair and justified review process. Without which, whatever changes are made to compensation or Win7 phones are not going to stop attrition.
