Some teams work on legacy tech, so if you join such a team, you get stuck in debugging and maintaining legacy code, and growth is also slow.

Because it's such a huge company, there can be frequent organizational shuffling, which can create some confusion.

And there are Windows updates, of course, which you cannot turn off!!
