There are lots of Indian, Chinese, and Russian groups. They are friends from college or somewhere else and protect each other. They talk in their language, and other people cannot understand what they are talking about. Some of them are really smart, but some of them do nothing but browse the internet all day. You know you are smarter and deserve that role more than that guy, but you are not Russian, so it is impossible to get there.
Do not let more than two people from the same country in the same group.
