The company is big, stable, and making a lot of impact on the world. I feel proud working at Microsoft. There are many good people here.
Lots of policies and politics. Too slow changes and too many unnecessary works. Uncontrolled culture. Sometimes, there is less responsible action among members. Less cooperative culture.
