Most dysfunctional place I've ever worked
Great pay, great benefits, and great work-life balance. This is not a job that asks you to work weekends or miss time with your family.
Every day is Emperor's New Clothes all over again. For anyone who has worked outside of MS, the cognitive dissonance is too much. I have loved what I do my entire 20-year career, but for the first time, I dread going to work.
Heh -- my advice to the board is to start over completely. I don't have any advice for the current management. They have to go.
