Talented engineers are all around. Sadly, they are slowed down by legacy tools, lame higher levels of management, and frugal administrators for computer hardware.

Cons

Incompetent people higher up in the management chain don't get weeded out quick enough.

Advice to Management

We should get better internal tools and more powerful computers.
