Cons

Many management policies are built around the 'least common denominator' among employees. Sometimes, exceptionally skilled employees get held back due to policies and processes built for average employees. This prevents the company and its groups from moving faster.

Advice to Management

Teams who miss baking performance and quality into their products should be penalized. There should be stricter emphasis on performance and quality, rather than these being just the guiding pillars for the products.
