If you are on the good side of management, it's a great place.
Wonderful compensation. Best equipment. At the forefront of technology.
If you ever get a mediocre review, life is hell.
Compensation will be changing next year.
Forefront, yes, but often times it is chasing, not leading.
Concentrate on a vision, not bean counting.
Bribing older workers to leave might work in the short term, but it's going to bite you in the long run.
